🎨 What’s a Hat Bar?

Imagine walking into our gift shop on Historic Water Street, browsing through stylish trucker hats, flat brims, or cozy beanies… and then hand-picking your favorite patches to create a completely custom hat—made by you (with a little help from us!).

That’s the Hat Bar.

It’s hands-on, fun, and perfect for:

Girls' day out

Birthday parties

Team bonding

🧢 How It Works

Choose Your Hat

Browse our selection of blank hats in different colors, styles, and fits.

Pick Your Patches

From trendy sayings to Western vibes, smiley faces, state pride, faith-inspired, and seasonal styles—we stock a rotating selection of iron-on and sew-on patches.

Create Your Combo

Want one big patch front and center? Or a few scattered all around? We’ll help you place them just right.

We Heat Press or Stitch It

Once you’re happy with the look, we’ll either heat press or embroider the patches on while you shop or relax.

Walk Out Wearing It!

In most cases, you’ll leave the same day with your one-of-a-kind custom creation!

🛍️ Make It a Group Thing

We’ve had groups of friends come in to celebrate birthdays, bridal showers, or just for some creative fun. Want to schedule a Hat Bar session for your crew? Let us know in advance, and we’ll set aside space and help you all design your perfect hats together.
