By accessing or using the Imaginations USA website, services, forms, or promotional offers (including the Free Digitizing offer), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Imaginations USA provides custom embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, promotional products, signage, printing services, and related design and digitizing services.

Any free or promotional services (including Free Digitizing) are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Free Digitizing Offer

The Free Digitizing offer is provided as a promotional incentive.

Digitized files are created specifically for use with Imaginations USA production.

Imaginations USA reserves the right to limit the number of free digitizing requests per customer.

Free digitizing does not guarantee production or pricing.

Final production costs, timelines, and availability will be communicated separately.

4. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm you own or have permission to use the design.

Imaginations USA is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in submitted artwork.

Digitized designs, proofs, and mockups remain the property of Imaginations USA unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Proofs & Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.

Imaginations USA is not liable for errors once final approval is given.

Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges or delays.

6. Production & Turnaround

Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed unless stated in writing.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Delays caused by incomplete artwork, late approvals, or customer-provided materials are not the responsibility of Imaginations USA.

7. Payments & Pricing

Pricing is subject to change based on materials, quantities, and production requirements.

Full or partial payment may be required prior to production.

All sales are final once production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Imaginations USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or missed deadlines.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful purposes

Upload malicious code or harmful content

Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

10. Modifications

Imaginations USA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
