    What areas do you serve?
    We're based in Henderson, NV and serve the entire Las Vegas valley and surrounding Southern Nevada communities. Walk-in customers are welcome at our shop, and we can ship finished orders anywhere.
    What are your minimum order quantities?
    Minimums vary by decoration method: embroidery has no minimum, DTF heat transfers have a 6-piece minimum per design, and screen printing has a 48-piece minimum per design. Contact us for current requirements.
    What is your turnaround time?
    Standard production time is 7–14 business days after artwork approval. Rush services may be available depending on order size and schedule — contact us for current turnaround availability.
    Do you offer design help?
    Yes. Our team can assist with artwork preparation, logo digitizing, and design guidance. You can also use our free online Design Studio to create your own design.
    Can I bring my own garments?
    For contract decorating and wholesale orders, we accept customer-supplied and distributor-shipped garments (including SanMar). For standard orders, we source garments from our catalog of top brands.
    Do you offer 50% off digitizing for first-time customers?
    Yes! First-time customers get 50% off logo digitizing on their first embroidery order. Offer is subject to project review — contact us to claim it.
